Build community and learn how to support our children’s natural ability to cultivate resilience, self awareness and empathy in a safe and developmentally appropriate practice. Classes are play-based and include games, stories, partner poses, music, art, bubbles and an abundance of joy and discovery. Ages 2-6 yrs old with a caregiver. Older siblings are welcome to attend.
